Government Recruitment Service seeks a DDaT Vetting and Aftercare Manager to lead risk-based personnel security activities for the DDaT community. You will manage casework, provide expert advice, and oversee staff performance while safeguarding sensitive information.

You will map roles, determine clearance levels, support decision makers, and drive the Aftercare and appeals processes. The role requires strong judgment, investigative capability and effective leadership within a government

Competenze

• Experience in personnel security and vetting processes.
• Strong leadership and decision-making in risk-based situations.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive personal information in line with data protection rules.

Mansioni

• Provide advice and direction to team to support timely and efficient decisions.
• Manage casework assessing vulnerabilities for individuals with access to government assets.
• Oversee Aftercare and appeals processes for Vetting decisions and updates to databases.
• Map roles and determine appropriate clearance levels in DDaT.
• Deliver presentations and information sessions to participating teams and stakeholders.
• Line management and supervision of EO and AO team members.
