Job summary

inspiring vet care is seeking a highly organised Training Centre Coordinator to join our Birmingham Training Centre on a full-time, site-based basis. You’ll help deliver exceptional learning experiences for delegates, trainers and visitors, preparing facilities, coordinating course logistics and welcoming people.

The role also involves maintaining cleanliness, managing stock, building strong relationships with trainers and suppliers, ensuring health and safety and GDPR compliance, and supporting

Qualifications

• Experience within a veterinary, education, training, events or similar environment.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A customer-focused approach and confidence building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a busy environment.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• A flexible and collaborative approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day operation of our Birmingham Training Centre.
• Preparing training rooms, equipment, resources and facilities for learning programmes.
• Coordinating training course logistics and providing on-the-day delivery support.
• Welcoming delegates, trainers and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the Training Centre and equipment.
• Managing consumable stock levels and supporting operational efficiency.
• Building strong relationships with trainers, suppliers, internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting administrative processes.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and Academy projects.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, GDPR and animal welfare requirements.
• Supporting Academy events and programmes across the UK when required.
