Purosearch Ltd. is recruiting an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a busy Worthing branch, part of an independent group known for high clinical standards and supportive culture.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a busy, well-established branch clinic in Worthing, part of a proudly independent veterinary group known for high clinical standards and a supportive, collaborative culture.

The Role

You will work as a GP Veterinary Surgeon in a busy branch practice, delivering high-quality, personalised care to a loyal client base. You will be supported by a wider network of hospitals, out-of-hours services and an in-house referral team, ensuring continuity of care for patients and access to advanced clinical support when required.

The practice environment has been thoughtfully designed to create a calm, welcoming, "home-from-home" feel for both clients and team members.

The Ideal Candidate

• MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Minimum of 2-3 years' practical experience in small animal general practice
• Enthusiastic, motivated and committed to ongoing clinical development
• A strong team player who demonstrates humility, empathy, professionalism and excellent communication skills

Working Pattern

• 4-day working week
• 10-hour shifts (between 7:30am-7:30pm)
• 40 hours per week
• 1-hour lunch break
• 1 in 6 weekends and bank holidays (equal rota)
• Two days off in lieu following worked weekends

£45,000 - £65,000+ per annum
