Veterinary Surgeon - Weekend - Emergency Out-Of-Hours

Vets Now Bridgwater are welcoming out-of-hours (OOH) Veterinary Surgeon applications, from Vets with a passion for Emergency and Critical Care, to join their team. Vets Now is the UK’s leading provider of Emergency Veterinary Care, with a nationwide network of out-of-hours clinics and 24/7 emergency hospitals. As part of Inspiring Vet Care, our teams make a difference to pets and their owners when they need us most.

Vets Now is excited to announce the opening of our out-of-hours service, Vets Now Bridgwater, working within our host practice IVC - Blake Vets.

Adding to this, our central support teams are here to help too, allowing you to concentrate on the cases in front of you.

Working in this ECC setting will sharpen and develop your veterinary skills. Within our Bridgwater clinic you will find top-tier veterinary care in a welcoming environment. Fitted out with excellent equipment such as Dental X-ray, Ultrasound, Endoscopy and Laparoscopy.

Now for work/life balance

Within this weekend role we have the following shifts available, which also includes a fair share of bank holidays:

• 12:00-18:30 Saturday day shifts and 08:00-18:30 Sunday day shifts (1:4)
• 18:00-08:30 Friday, Saturday and Sunday night shifts (1:4)

How many and which of the available shifts to be worked can be discussed further, we will try to work around your lifestyle and clinic requirements.
