Vets Now Bournemouth, part of the IVC Evidensia Group, invites Veterinary Surgeons to join their weekend Emergency Out-Of-Hours team. This role focuses on high-quality ECC care within a busy OOH setting, delivering compassionate care to pets and supporting owners after hours.

Weekend shifts operate on a 6-week rolling rota with various shift patterns and bank holidays. You will benefit from excellent training and development, with a strong focus on emergency skills and career progression.

Veterinary Surgeon - Weekend - Emergency Out-Of-Hours

Vets Now Bournemouth are welcoming out-of-hours (OOH) Veterinary Surgeon applications, from Vets with a passion for Emergency and Critical Care, to join their team. Vets Now is the UK's leading provider of Emergency Veterinary Care, with a nationwide network of out-of-hours clinics and 24/7 emergency hospitals. The weekend shifts available in this role include the following on a 6-week rolling rota, plus a fair share of bank holidays.

• Week 1: Off
• Week 2: Saturday day shift, Sunday day shift and Sunday backshift
• Week 3: Off
• Week 4: Saturday day and Sunday day shift
• Week 5: Off
• Week 6: Saturday day shift, Sunday day shift and Sunday backshift

Shift times typically include: Saturday day shifts 12.00-18.30, Sunday day shifts 08.30-18.30, Sunday backshifts 08.30-18.30.

As some of the available shifts overlap, how many of the available shifts to be worked in the rota can be discussed further, we will try to work around your lifestyle and clinic requirements.
