Inspiring Vet Care in Brighton is seeking a confident Veterinary Surgeon for a part-time role providing out-of-hours services on weekends and bank holidays from 08:00 to 18:30, averaging 11 hours per week. You will focus on emergency daytime consultations and support the hospital vet in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The role offers opportunities in radiography, CT, ultrasound, dentistry, and nursing clinics, with access to on-site Brighton Veterinary Referrals for complex cases.

We are seeking a confident and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our team, focusing on emergency daytime consultations. This role is ideal for a vet who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is confident in triaging and managing urgent and emergency cases presenting during the day, supporting the hospital vet.
The clinic provides a comprehensive range of general practice veterinary services including medicine, surgery, radiography, CT, ultrasound and dentistry along with the support of nursing clinics - all bolstered by excellent hospital facilities. Patients of our Brighton clinic can also benefit from the on-site support of Brighton Veterinary Referrals if additional expertise is required.
You will come into contact with many specialists and be an essential team player in providing great care and service to our clients. We are a 5 minute walk from the train station and a 20 minute walk into central Brighton. The area is perfect if you enjoy a mix of vibrant town life with a beautiful countryside and outdoor activities on your doorstep.

As an Emergency Out of Hours Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload.
You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you.
