Vets for Pets at the Nook in South Shields is an 18 year old, well-established small animal practice. Kirstin, Tammie and Kay are the practice owners and welcome a new experienced veterinary surgeon to join their friendly, supportive team.

The practice offers a competitive salary up to £70,000 DOE FTE, part-time options around 31 hours per week with Saturday duties only, no out-of-hours work, a proactive approach to CPD, strong team wellbeing, and a genuine family feel.

SOUTH SHIELDS VETS FOR PETS VETERINARY SURGEON: up to £70,000 DOE FTE

Vets for Pets at the Nook in South Shields is an 18 year old well-established, small animal practice. Kirstin, Tammie and Kay are the practice owners and are excited to welcome a new experienced vet to join their friendly, supportive and experienced team.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Someone with ideally 2 years + experience
• Confident with routine surgeries and sole charge (Saturdays only)
• We are looking for part time ideally up to 31 hours per week, although we are happy to discuss flexibility around this.
• Confident in providing excellent client care.
