Job Description:

• Caseload includes orthopaedic, more complex soft tissue surgeries, laparoscopic procedures.
• Would suit a Vet with experience and confidence with routine cases.
• CPD funding and Certificate study supported.

We are recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a successful small animal practice in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

• Excellent full-time opportunity, including a Saturday morning rota, with no Sundays or OOH. Part-time hours may also be considered.
• Practice is purpose-built with superb facilities, including high-spec ultrasound, surgical equipment for orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery, endosurgery, laparoscopic etc.
• Caseload includes orthopaedic, complex soft tissue surgeries, and laparoscopic procedures.
• Role suits an experienced Vet confident with routine medical and surgical cases.
• Comfort with some periods of sole charge is preferred.
• CPD funding and Certificate study supported.
• Paid RCVS, VDS, BVA memberships.
• Located in Wakefield, a cathedral city in West Yorkshire, with great transport links and access to Leeds.

What You Need To Apply

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
• Registered with the RCVS.
