Job Description:

• We have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the team at a first opinion small animal veterinary practice in a sought after Cornwall location.
• Excellent full-time opportunity with no OOH and a shared weekend rota of 1 in 3 Saturdays.
• Practice is purpose-built to deliver the highest clinical standards and provides excellent facilities and is fully equipped.
• Role provides the perfect opportunity to develop any specific interests you have, with certification encouraged and fully funded.
• Ideally, you will already have good experience in practice with routine surgical and medical skills.
• Supportive and friendly working environment and work alongside AVP certificate holder in surgery, with special interest in orthopaedics and minimally invasive (keyhole) surgery.
• CPD funding, fully funded certificate study, and paid professional memberships.
• Sought after Cornwall location surrounded by wonderful scenery and some of the best beaches in the country only 15 minutes away!

Person Requirements:

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
• Registered with the RCVS.
• Good experience in practice with routine surgical and medical skills.
