Job Description:

• Experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is a capable GP All Rounder.
• Opportunity to support small animal charities on a regular basis.
• Sought after south coast location.

We are now looking to recruit a Veterinary Surgeon to join a successful small animal veterinary hospital in the Portsmouth area of coastal Hampshire.

• Excellent permanent opportunity working 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts on a day rota, including a 1 in 6 weekend rota. (Part-time hours may be considered.)
• Practice is a non-corporate, purpose-built hospital with industry-leading standards and state-of-the-art equipment.
• This role would suit an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is a capable GP All Rounder.
• The practice is committed to developing vets with an enthusiastic and passionate approach to enhancing their skills.
• Opportunity to support small animal charities on a regular basis, if of interest.
• CPD allowance and Certificate funding available.
• Paid RCVS, BVA, and VDS memberships.
• Location is near Portsmouth with great transport links, surrounded by countryside and coast.

Person Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine.
• Registered with the RCVS.
• Experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is a capable GP All Rounder.
