Job Description:

• 2 years+ experience and confidence with routine medical and surgical cases
• Joining a team of 2 other full-time vets and 5 qualified nurses
• Funding of certificates available

We are looking to recruit a Vet Surgeon to join a successful small animal veterinary practice in Maidstone, Kent. This is a full-time opportunity working 40 hours a week, with a 1 in 3 weekend rota and no OOH. The practice is purpose-built and well-equipped, including ultrasound, in-house lab, and x-ray facilities. The caseload is varied, including routine surgeries and orthopaedics. Ideally, candidates will have around 2 years+ experience and confidence with routine cases. Benefits include CPD allowance, funding of certificates, paid memberships (RCVS, BVA, VDS), and excellent transport links nearby. The salary is up to £60,000 per annum, subject to experience.
