We are now recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a growing and successful first opinion small animal veterinary practice located near to Dunstable in Bedfordshire.

• full time opportunity with 1 in 3 weekends on a rota and no OOH
• practice is purpose built with state of the art equipment; digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory etc.
• wide variety of cat, dog, rabbit and guinea pig medical and surgical cases
• ideally you will already be confident with routine surgery and consults and be looking to develop further.
• CPD allowance and happy to support study towards Certificate
• role requires some occasional sole charge
• paid RCVS, BVA memberships and VDS fees.
• lovely location in Bedfordshire within easy reach of Aylesbury, Luton, Dunstable and Milton Keynes via A5, M1 and easy access to London Luton Airport and good train links to London.

Person Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
• Registered with the RCVS
• confident with routine surgery and consults
• occasional sole charge.
