Job summary

Bright Leaf Recruitment is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to take a leadership role in Bolton, mentoring the next generation of veterinary professionals while delivering exceptional patient care.

You'll lead as part of the practice leadership team, act as VetGDP advisor, and shape training programmes, offering regular coaching and career development support to graduates and early-career surgeons.

Qualifications

  • MRCVS or FRCVS registration and VetGDP accreditation required.
  • Strong clinical experience with a passion for supporting and developing others.
