Job description

Our client in central Lincolnshire require an experience veterinary surgeon to head up the team in this brand new practice. Initially this will be sole charge, however there is an expectation that the practice will grow quickly and additions vets will be recruited.

This role will suit a veterinary surgeon who is ready to make that next step in their career to Lead, or Senior Veterinary Surgeon. For those vets who do not have leadership experience, support will be offered by the practice owner.

As this practice is brand new, an excellent client manner and great all round clinical skills are of major importance to help rapidly grow the local reputation.

The role is full time, worked over a 4 day week with 1/3 Saturdays.

The package will depend on experience however, this client offer fantastic packages compared to the majority of the industry. Certificates can be supported in most small animal disciplines.
