Job Description:

• Good experience in practice with routine medical and surgical skills
• Willing to support any area of interest

We are now recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a first opinion small animal veterinary practice near BRIGHTON in West Sussex.

• Excellent full-time opportunity working 40 hours a week with a 1 in 4 weekend rota and no OOH
• Practice is purpose-built and recently renovated with digital X-ray, ultrasonography, in-house laboratory facilities, separate wards for dogs, cats, and isolation cases, etc.
• Varied surgical and medical caseload with at least one dedicated operations day each week.
• Ideally, you will have good experience in practice with routine medical and surgical skills.
• Join a friendly, welcoming, and supportive 9 Vet team.
• The practice is very happy to support any area of interest, and members of the team are currently undertaking certificates.
• CPD funding and support for certificates or other qualifications.
• Paid RCVS, VDS, BVA, and ISFM memberships.
• Super location to enjoy the sought-after Brighton area with fast direct train links to London and only 15 minutes from Crawley.

Person Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
• Registered with the RCVS
• Good medical and surgical skills
