A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated, customer-focused Veterinary Surgeon to join a modern and supportive veterinary team based in London.

This role is perfect for a vet with a passion for early diagnostics, who is committed to continuity of care, and motivated by clinical growth and development. The successful candidate will work in a purpose-built, well-equipped practice alongside a friendly, collaborative team of professionals.

What Were Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 3+ years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year in the UK

  • Be confident in delivering preventive care and diagnostics

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to following through on treatment plans

  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across all teams

  • Work well both independently and within a close-knit team

Working Hours & Flexibility
  • Full-time vets typically work a 4-day week, with a consistent day off to support work-life balance

  • Each shift is 9 hours, with a mix of consulting and surgical duties

  • 1 hour of admin time per day, built into the rota

  • 1-in-4 weekend rota

  • Flexible working patterns are considered open conversations encouraged to find a schedule that works
