We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join a fantastic team at a well-established small animal practice located just outside of Colchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated vet looking to develop their career in a supportive and progressive environment.

Our client are looking for an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon, with a knack for delivering great care to both patients and clients. You will work well within a team and naturally take on leadership roles, whilst helping to create a positive clinical environment and understand how nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures can really boost clinical performance. Plus, you will be skilled at coaching and guiding colleagues to bring out their best.

Within your role you will provide exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures, maintain clear communication with clients, and create accurate treatment plans with transparent cost estimates. You will also uphold high standards of professional excellence and compliance, mentor and develop the team, ensure thorough clinical handovers, and facilitate patient transfers as needed.

Located just outside of Colchester, the practice is surrounded by beautiful Essex countryside, offering plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities like walking, cycling, and exploring nature reserves. The area has a strong sense of community with local events, markets, and clubs, fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
