Job description

Veterinary Surgeon with Surgical Bias Starting June (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our independent practice starting in June, covering for our vet going on maternity leave.

Role Highlights:

  1. 4-day week with 2 operating days
  2. 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9 am 12 pm)
  3. No Sunday, Bank Holiday, or out-of-hours work
  4. 20-minute consults
  5. Starting salary of £50,000
  6. Generous CPD allowance
  7. Independent practice with upgraded equipment, including ultrasound, DR X-ray, multi-parameter monitoring, syringe driver, tonopen, and Phovia light therapy
  8. Structured breaks and daily team catch-ups
