Are you a Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for surgery? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, RCVS-accredited practice in the industrial town of Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire. This role is perfect for a confident vet looking to take the lead in surgical cases within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

The practice is centrally located and boasts excellent facilities, including four consultation rooms, a dedicated surgical theatre, a large prep area, and a digital x-ray suite. It’s also fully equipped with ultrasound, laparoscopy equipment, and in-house blood machines to support a varied and busy caseload.

You’ll be working alongside an experienced and welcoming team, including a Lead Vet, HRVN, Practice Manager, and a strong group of nurses. The environment is collaborative, encouraging clinical development and providing you with the autonomy to drive forward surgical standards and case management.

The ideal candidate will be RCVS registered and confident in non-routine surgeries. You should have a genuine interest in surgical cases and the ambition to take a leadership role within this area. Experience working effectively as part of a clinical team and a commitment to delivering excellent patient and client care are essential.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering a great work-life balance with a 4-day working week, just 1:3 half or 1:6 Saturdays, and no out-of-hours responsibilities. Flexibility can be offered to suit your individual needs, and a relocation package is available for candidates relocating more than 60 miles or from outside the UK.

If you're looking for a progressive and supportive environment where you can really make an impact and grow your surgical career, this could be the perfect next step for you.
