Job summary

Bilton Veterinary Centre, part of Inspiring Vet Care, is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our experienced team in Warwickshire. You’ll work across a varied small-animal caseload, with time in consultations and dedicated surgery days, contributing to on-site procedures and continued professional development.

You’ll be supported by a collaborative team, have opportunities for progression across primary care and referral paths, and benefit from a CPD allowance and mentoring resources.

Qualifications

• Veterinary degree and registration with the RCVS (or eligibility to register).
• Experience in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proactive approach to learning, with openness to feedback and development.
• Professionalism, reliability, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for delivering excellent patient and client care.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver high standards of patient and client care across a varied caseload.
