Job summary

Bilton Veterinary Centre is seeking a dedicated and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join our experienced and friendly team in Warwickshire. This large single-site practice specialises in small animals, mainly cats and dogs, with rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs and occasional tortoises.

You will predominantly work in consultations with one day per week for surgery, and there are opportunities for emergency admits.

Qualifications

• Veterinary degree and registration with the RCVS or eligibility to register.
• Experience in clinical practice with confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.
• Strong communication and client relationship-building skills.
• Proactive approach to learning and openness to feedback.
• Professionalism, reliability, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for delivering excellent patient and client care.

Responsibilities

• As Veterinary Surgeon, work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver high-standard patient and client care across a varied caseload.
• Develop clinical skills and share knowledge with colleagues, contributing to the clinical culture of the practice.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting ongoing development of those around you.
