Job summary

CVS Veterinary Group is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join Tawe Veterinary Centre in Swansea. The role offers a flexible 32–40 hour schedule across 4 or 5 days with a 1 in 4 Saturday morning shift, primarily at Tawe Vets Sketty, with potential coverage at sister practices.

The successful candidate will have strong clinical skills, autonomy, and a collaborative approach, supporting CPD and development within a friendly, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Confident in surgical and medical case management.
• Strong client communication and patient reassurance.
• Ability to mentor peers and support CPD.

Responsibilities

• Lead surgical and medical cases with clinical autonomy.
• Deliver high standards of patient care across cases.
