About the Practice

An independent, well-established small animal veterinary practice located in a vibrant South West London community is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their close-knit team. This practice prides itself on delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a friendly and supportive environment that values open communication, teamwork, and professional respect.

The team comprises dedicated vets, nurses, and support staff who work collaboratively to provide outstanding clinical services while fostering a positive work culture where every team member’s contribution is valued.

The Role

We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with approximately three years’ experience who is confident managing a varied caseload, including consultations and routine surgeries. You will:

Provide excellent clinical care to small animal patients, working independently and with the support of a skilled nursing team Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through empathetic communication Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to case discussions Participate in a shared Saturday morning rota (one in three, 9am–1pm) Play an active role in maintaining the positive ethos and team spirit within the practice
