inspiring vet care, based in Northampton, seeks a Veterinary Surgeon to join a collaborative team. This role offers a choice of 4 × 10‑hour days or 5 × 8‑hour days with no out‑of‑hours or on‑call responsibilities, and a relocation allowance to support your move.
You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team and engage in varied clinical cases. You will maintain high standards of animal care, develop professional skills, and contribute to a positive clinical culture within the practice.

We are situated in picturesque Northamptonshire, offering a wide range of sporting, recreational and cultural activities for all, with great links to London and Birmingham. We have a great team of 13 Veterinary Surgeons (the majority of whom are certificate holders), 18 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 4 Student Veterinary Nurses, 4 Kennel Assistants and a Lab Technician.
As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload.
You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you.
