Kingsway Vet Group has an exciting opportunity for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly team on a permanent basis. This role is based at our busy Skipton Veterinary Hospital alongside our fantastic team of certificate holders across a range of disciplines. The role will involve consultations, surgery, hospital and inpatient shifts, and emergency and out-of-hours care alongside the usual first opinion duties. How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload.

You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you.

Working Pattern

• 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days, depending on shift patterns
• 1 week in 5 on the out‑of‑hours on‑call rota between 5:00pm and 8:30am
• When on evening on‑call, you are not required to work the daytime shift
• 1 weekend in 5 on the out‑of‑hours on‑call rota

• A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS
