Ardene House Veterinary Practice is looking for an enthusiastic Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to work within our multidisciplinary hospital located in the western suburbs of Aberdeen. The position would suit either an experienced or more recently qualified vet as our veterinary team has a high level of experience and would be able to offer support where required.
You will have excellent communication skills and develop good relationships with our wonderful clients by providing a high standard of patient care and prioritising continuity of care. Our vets, nurses, and support staff all work towards our vision of providing exceptional veterinary care to our patients. A preference for consulting would complement our existing team.
Are you looking for a better work-life balance?
Our flexible approach to rota patterns can truly enrich your work-life balance. We know that everyone has demands and priorities outside of their career, and we want to make it easy for you to strike the right balance. Whether you need to do the school pick-up, need reduced hours during school holidays, or would simply like a more flexible rota pattern, we can fix or flex our patterns to suit your needs.
Our opening hours are 8 am - 7 pm Monday to Friday and 8 am - 4 pm on Saturday. Our full-time vets work 35 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, with a share in 1:3 Saturdays, and there is no out-of-hours commitment. We encourage part-time and flexible working candidates to apply.
