We are RCVS Core Standards accredited with modern equipment and a collaborative culture. We offer a welcome bonus up to £3,000 and relocation support up to £5,000, plus a salary up to £70,000 DOE.

We are a well-established small animal practice located in the picturesque village of Orby, just outside Skegness. With the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds and the Lincolnshire coastline nearby, this role offers the opportunity to combine rewarding clinical work with a fantastic work-life balance in a scenic rural setting.

Your role will involve a mixture of consult days and surgery day’s where you will be able to create a bond with our loyal clients and patients plus provide the personal touch to follow a case through. We have a varied case load, with the ability to work up cases in house
We are a busy first-opinion small animal practice with a loyal and growing client base, seeing a varied caseload including dogs, cats, rabbits and other companion animals.
Our practice is RCVS Core Standards accredited and we actively support both the Vet GDP programme and RVN training, demonstrating our commitment to maintaining high clinical and professional standards.

Many of our colleagues have been part of the practice for a long time. Three of our RVNs and one member of the client care team have been with us for over 10 years, while other team members have been here for four to five years, creating a stable and supportive working environment with strong client relationships.
