Kirks Vets is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join a busy first-opinion practice split across two sites in Sleaford and East Midlands. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced vets, delivering high-quality medical and surgical care while developing your clinical interests and sharing knowledge with colleagues.

The role offers a standard 4-day week, flexible shifts, and no on-call/out-of-hours, with a salary up to £75,000 DOE plus a welcome bonus up to £5,000.

• Veterinary degree and RCVS registration or eligibility.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload.

You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you.

Kirks Vets is looking for a dedicated first-opinion vet to work alongside 8 other vets across our two busy practices as part of a supportive, positive team. You’ll be involved in a broad range of general veterinary duties across both medical and surgical cases.

• A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS
