We're excited to be seeking to hire 2 Small Animal Veterinary Surgeons to join our friendly and progressive team in the heart of Pembrokeshire.

Where You'll Work:

Our primary site is in Haverfordwest, with opportunities to rotate through our branches in Fishguard and St David's - all nestled along the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline. Our region is known for its natural beauty, featuring over 180 miles of coastal path, 58 beaches, and 14 harbours.

Our Facilities:

Haverfordwest: Surgery, dentistry, in-house lab, ultrasound, radiography, and endoscopy.

Fishguard: Surgery, Consults. We also have on this site a Dedicated rehab centre with an aquatic treadmill, physiotherapy, acupuncture, laser & massage therapy, internal lab, and surgical suite

Our Team:

You'll join a talented and supportive group of:

  • 1 Head Vet, 5 Vets (including an Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Surgery and an Exotics Cert holder)
  • 4 RVNs & 4 SVNs
  • Practice Manager, Reception Coordinator & Support Team


  • We regularly perform advanced soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries in-house, offer acupuncture, and support ongoing development-including via the IVC Evidensia Graduate Scheme.

    Rota & Flexibility:

    We offer genuine flexibility with patterns to suit your lifestyle-full-time, part-time, or job share all considered.

  • Hours: 8:30am-7:00pm weekdays with up to an hour lunch break
  • Saturdays: 8:30am-1:30pm on rota
  • OOH: External provider, with some inpatient care support as needed
