Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care is seeking a Primary Care Veterinary Surgeon to deliver high‑quality patient and client care across a varied caseload. You will develop clinical skills, share knowledge with colleagues, and contribute to the practice culture.

The role offers a clear progression pathway with professional development opportunities, including a flexible working pattern (full‑time or part‑time) across two sites, with no out‑of‑hours work.

Qualifications

• Hold a Veterinary degree and RCVS registration or eligibility to register.
• Experience in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• As a Primary Care Veterinary Surgeon, you will work with the practice team to deliver high‑standard patient and client care across a varied caseload, develop your clinical skills and interests, share knowledge with colleagues, and support the clinical culture of the practice.
• You may work across dual sites and have opportunities for professional development and progression.
• No out‑of‑hours or on‑call work; hours to suit commitments.

Financial Package

Salary up to £75,000 DOE, up to £5,000 Welcome Bonus, up to £8,000 Relocation Allowance, Elevate Bonus: 20% of annual salary at month 6 and 10% at month 12, plus benefits.
