Job Description:

Synchronised Solution is currently recruiting an experienced and passionate Veterinary Surgeon to work in a well established veterinary practice in the beautiful area of Poole in Dorset (Parkstone). This is a very well established 2 vet small animal veterinary practice with a very experienced team including RVNs/SVNs/PCAs. The practice offers excellent working conditions.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years’ experience and will be a confident all rounder including basic surgery. The Branch Partner is very experienced trainer/teacher so this would be perfect for someone looking to develop their skills.

This role provides a great work life balance. The role is for 4 days a week (usually same day off each week). 9.00am – 6.00pm. with 1 Saturday in 3 morning shift 8.30am – 12.00pm. OOH is currently on a voluntary basis with generous remuneration. You will have lots of opportunities to work with the 24 hour veterinary hospital which is also located in Parkstone and the possibility to access certificate holders as well as state of the art surgical equipment.

Salary and benefits : You will be working 4 days per week covering 39 hours and 1 in 3 Saturdays. There is on offer a very competitive salary up to £60000 dependent on experience. A car is also provided or allowance. VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid. Exclusive retail days out and holiday discounts available, childcare vouchers, cycle to work scheme. There is also auto enrolment UK pension scheme and many other benefits including 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays as well as fantastic career progression opportunities. There is also a very generous relocation bonus for candidates moving from other UK regions or from overseas.
