Job summary

Strathspey Vets in Aviemore and Grantown-on-Spey is seeking a Mixed Practice Veterinary Surgeon with a farm bias to join our friendly, community-focused team. You’ll work across mixed practice, with a particular emphasis on farm animal work, alongside small animal consultations, routine surgery and occasional emergencies.

Strathspey Vets is looking for a Mixed Practice Veterinary Surgeon with a farm bias to join our friendly, community-focused team across our two branches in Aviemore and Grantown-on-Spey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident all-rounder who enjoys the variety of mixed practice but has a particular interest in farm animal work. You’ll be joining a long-established practice at the heart of the local community, supporting a diverse client base across Strathspey and the wider Cairngorms area.

The role

We are looking for a vet who is happy to get stuck into all aspects of mixed practice, with a particular focus on farm work. The caseload will offer good variety, including farm animal work alongside small animal consultations, routine surgery and emergency care as part of the wider team.
