A veterinary practice located in Lytham is seeking an experienced veterinarian to join their team. The role includes providing high-quality patient care, mentoring new graduates, and managing surgical procedures. The practice offers a supportive working environment with no weekend work, a competitive salary, and various benefits including a private healthcare contribution and funded certificates.
We are a growing standalone practice that has a low staff turnover in a stunning coastal location and we are always looking for local veterinary talent
The practice is jointly owned by one of our vets Dan and our head veterinary nurse Michelle NCert in anaesthesia. They are supported by a fantastic team of two Vets, 3 RVNs, and 2 SVNs. Plus a supportive front of house team who ensure that the vets can concentrate on their cases.
Our nurses in practice love to get fully involved and help ease the pressure on the vets so they undertake as much Schedule 3 as possible. We are looking for a vet who would also be interested in coaching new grad vets and nurses, as we are passionate about growing the future of veterinary talent.
We have low staff turn over and many of our colleagues have worked in the practice for over 7 years!
