Job summary

Vets4Pets/Companion Care in Norwich (NR4 6DH) is seeking an Experienced Veterinary Surgeon with imaging bias to join a supportive multi-vet team. You’ll work 39 hours over 4 days (9–7) with one in five weekends, providing first opinion care, surgery, and high-quality patient treatment with clinical freedom.

Qualifications

• RCVS registration required.
• 2+ years in small animal practice.
• Interest in imaging and willingness to pursue imaging certificate.
• Full-time: 39 hours over 4 days (9–7) with 1:5 weekends.
• No OOHs; weekend rota at Norwich Sprowston site.
• Confident in client relationships, medical cases and surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide first opinion care with imaging-focused approach.
• Perform surgery and manage medical cases.
• Build relationships with clients and ensure high animal welfare.
• Support fellow vets in a collaborative multi-vet team.
