Are you a Veterinary Surgeon looking for a bustling first opinion practice?

Looking to join a close-knit team of vets?

We are supporting a busy 3 vet practice near Hertford as they look to expand services and add a new MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon to the team.

The Practice:

Located in Hertfordshire with great connections from Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City, Harlow, Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, and surrounding towns. The team comprises 3 vets, 4 nurses, and non-clinical support staff. Facilities include 3 consult rooms, a large operating theatre, separate wards, and a diagnostics suite.

We offer a wide range of veterinary services, including complex orthopaedics and advanced diagnostics like ultrasound.

The Role:

Full-time hours are 40 per week, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. No OOH, some sole charge expected, but always supported by nurses. The role involves consulting, surgery, and admin time. Leadership opportunities are available for those interested in supporting practice growth. Consulting-only roles are also considered for the right candidate.
