Job description

We’re looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly team in Merthyr Tydfil. With the Brecon Beacons on the doorstep and Cardiff easily accessible by train, it’s a great spot for anyone who enjoys the outdoors but still wants easy access to the city.

You’ll be joining a well-supported practice with a large team of vets, nurses and CCAs, a loyal client base and a varied caseload to keep things interesting.

It’s an exciting time to join us and be part of the next chapter as we continue to develop the practice.

There’s plenty of scope for one-to-one coaching, personal development and clinical growth, with a supportive team around you.

We also know that life outside work matters. We offer a 4 day working week (full time), a half-day Saturday rota (1 in 5), no bank holidays or out-of-hours work, and parking available at the practice, there’s a good work-life balance to be had here.

If you’re looking for a role where you can enjoy a varied caseload, feel supported by your team and be part of a practice with exciting things happening, we’d love to hear from you.
