Whether you’re early in your career or have years of experience under your belt, we’re here to support you every step of the way.The Role:No OOH or late nights –we make sure that appointments finish half an hour before closing so that we have time to catch up and still get away on time!Flexible working hours – full-time or part-time options available.Minimum of 1:4 Saturdays (9 am–12 pm).Consults tailored to your pace- our consult times vary and breaks, and an hour lunch break are always included in the day.Work alongside a close-knit team with a varied caseload and great client relationships.Ongoing career development opportunities, including mentoring from experienced colleagues.Key Responsibilities:Provide compassionate, high-quality medical and surgical care for small animals.Engage with clients, delivering excellent communication and follow-up care.Perform routine and advanced surgeries, with opportunities to develop surgical skills.Work closely with our skilled nursing team and share knowledge across disciplines.Contribute to our friendly and inclusive work culture.What We’re Looking For:RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon.A passion for clinical care and teamwork.Strong communication and client-care skills.Enthusiastic and proactive, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.What We Offer:Salary of up to £75,000 (DOE, full-time equivalent).Private health insurance and contributory pension.Generous CPD allowance with support for certificates.5.6 weeks holiday to start, increasing with service, plus an extra day off for your birthday.Paid membership fees (RCVS, BVA, VDS).Visa sponsorship and relocation support if needed.Access to mental health support and wellbeing services.Come and join a practice where your voice is heard, your development is supported, and your hard work is truly appreciated!
