Inspiring Vet Care in East Grinstead is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join a collaborative team. You’ll handle consultations, medical case work and routine surgery, with support from experienced colleagues. The role offers a dynamic caseload and opportunities to develop clinical interests.

Qualifications

• A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS.
• Experience working in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive approach to learning, with openness to feedback and development.
• Professionalism, reliability and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A passion for delivering excellent patient and client care.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day duties include a mix of consultations, working up medical cases and some routine surgery.
• You will be responsible for a wide range of cases with support from experienced colleagues.
• You'll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care while leading and supporting those around you.
