Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at the Failsworth clinic in Greater Manchester. This role is ideally suited for a vet who enjoys seeing a varied exciting caseload enjoying medical as well as surgical caseload.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive veterinary care, including diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of medical conditions, and performing surgical procedures.
Engage with pet owners to provide empathetic and informative communication, helping them understand their pets' health and treatments.
Collaborate with a team of experienced vets helping create an environment of continuous learning and professional development.
Actively contribute to the community-focused ethos of the clinic, ensuring all pets receive the care they need regardless of their owners' financial situation.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualified Veterinary Surgeon, registered with the RCVS.
Strong background in emergency and critical care with excellent diagnostic skills.
Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to make complex medical information accessible to pet owners.
