I'm helping a brilliant small animal practice in Essex find a confident, capable Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who values clinical freedom, likes to fully work up their cases, and thrives in a friendly, low-drama environment.

100% small animal caseload

No out-of-hours

1 in 4 weekends (half days, both Saturday and Sunday)

Surgery between 11–4, with consults either side

Flexibility for full or part time hours

The package (pro rata):

Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience
