Job summary

Vets Now Sidcup is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our emergency and critical care team for out-of-hours coverage. The role offers exposure to a high-volume ECC caseload with mentoring and a strong support network.

We balance clinical challenge with wellbeing, offering a pro rata £10,000 recognition bonus, up to £5,000 relocation allowance, and a range of staff benefits including enhanced sick pay and paid birthday off. DOE pro rata.

Vets Now Sidcup are welcoming out-of-hours (OOH) Veterinary Surgeon applications, from Vets with a passion for Emergency and Critical Care, to join their team. Our Sidcup clinic offers a varied caseload, where working as an emergency Vet Surgeon at our Sidcup clinic will expose you to an excellent number of interesting cases, which you simply won't see in general practice.

Working out-of-hours doesn't mean working all hours

At Vets Now we champion work/life balance and understand how important this is for our people. Working weeknights, weekend days/nights (1:2) and a fair share of bank holidays, you will work an average of 3 shifts per week for a full-time average 40 hours per week contract.
