Veterinary Surgeon – Vets for Pets Kidderminster
Are you a Veterinary Surgeon looking for a role where you can enjoy your work, develop your clinical interests and feel genuinely supported by your team?
At Vets for Pets Kidderminster, we’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join our lovely team. We’re ideally looking for someone with an interest in medicine rather than surgery, but we’re happy to be flexible for the right person and would love to hear about your individual interests and ambitions.
Why join us?
Great work-life balance: Three full days per week with no out-of-hours work.
A genuinely supportive team: You’ll be supported by two experienced vets and a fantastic nursing team of four, including three RVNs and one student nurse.
Clinically progressive: We’re a forward-thinking team that embraces development, new ideas and high standards of patient care.
CPD encouraged and funded: We’re keen to support your clinical interests and help you continue to grow and develop.
Time to practise good medicine: We offer 15-minute consultations, with protected admin time and breaks built into the working day.
Flexibility to suit you: We’d ideally love someone with a medical interest, but we’re happy to discuss your preferences and accommodate different clinical interests where possible.
Who are we looking for?
We’d love to hear from a Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys first-opinion practice, providing excellent patient care and building lasting relationships with clients.
A particular interest in medicine would be ideal, although we’re open-minded and happy to discuss your individual strengths and ambitions. Whether you’re keen to develop your medical skills, explore a particular area of interest or find a role that offers a better balance, we’d love to hear from you.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is kind, approachable and enjoys being part of a team where colleagues support one another, share knowledge and continually strive to improve.
