Key Responsibilities

As a Veterinary Surgeon, the role offers a balance of clinical and non-clinical aspects, including motivating an experienced team of vets, nurses, and receptionists, and ensuring high clinical standards. The position provides guaranteed and protected admin time, enabling you to manage both your clinical duties and management responsibilities effectively.

Practice Features

- Advanced facilities including dedicated surgical monitoring equipment and orthopaedic theatre

- Access to CT and MRI facilities within the group

- No out-of-hours responsibilities

- Support from Area Lead Vets, Operations, HR, and more

Qualifications & Experience

- Right to work in the UK

- Registered with the RCVS

- A minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience

- Management or leadership experience is advantageous but not essential
