Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking to join a genuinely caring, independent practice where you’ll have the time and support to provide the highest standard of care?

I have a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon with 2+ years of clinical experience to become part of a well-established and proudly independent small animal practice located in the beautiful and well-connected town of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

Why Join Us?
Led by two dedicated practice owners, their small, close-knit team believes in building strong, one-on-one relationships with their clients and their pets. They pride themselves on their ability to tailor care to each individual patient, with continuity, trust, and compassion at the heart of everything they do.

My client has invested significantly in their facilities, and the practice is equipped with:
• A state-of-the-art in-house laboratory
• Brand new x-ray and ultrasound equipment
• Separate dog and cat waiting areas and wards to reduce stress and improve patient experience

You'll be supported by a fantastic team including two Clinical Directors (one currently studying for a medical certificate), a dedicated and compassionate nursing team, and a friendly front-of-house staff who work together seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For:
• A Veterinary Surgeon with a minimum of two years' experience
• Someone who values clinical freedom, client continuity, and gold-standard care
• A true team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment

What We Offer:
• Full-time role – 4-day working week with shared Saturday mornings only
• Supportive environment to pursue certifications or special interests
• Time to focus on what matters: your patients and your clients
• A genuinely caring, kind and respectful team culture
