Role Overview

This position offers an attractive salary package of up to £60,000 per annum, tailored to your experience, and comprises several benefits, including:

• £1500 CPD allowance along with 3-days CPD leave
• Payment of RCVS, BVA, and VDS fees
• Generous annual leave of 5 weeks plus bank holidays
• 4 weeks’ paid sabbatical granted after every 5 years of service
• Vehicle allowance or Company Vehicle
• A 4-day workweek with a rotational schedule of 1:3 half or 1:6 full weekends
• Relocation allowances for distances greater than 50 miles from your current address (up to £5000 for overseas candidates)

Moreover, if you meet the criteria and are eligible to register as a veterinary surgeon with the RCVS upon arrival in the UK, we can provide support for Certificates of Sponsorship for a Tier 2 (General) Visa.

Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities will encompass a broad range of tasks, including consultations, routine surgeries, dental procedures, x-rays, and more. Key accountabilities include:

• Providing exceptional clinical care to clients and patients, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and fostering a progressive clinical culture within the team.
• Demonstrating a customer-centric approach to maintain consistent delivery of exceptional care across the entire client journey.
• Supporting the team’s professional growth and contributing to skills development where necessary.

• Confidence and proficiency in handling all routine surgeries and consultations.

• Excellent communication skills to fortify relationships with clients and colleagues.
