Job description

A well-established, multi-site small animal practice in Greater London is looking for a Senior Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their expanding team. Located within a vibrant community with excellent public transport links, this practice handles a diverse caseload and prides itself on high clinical standards and client care. The facilities are modern and well-equipped, offering digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in small animal practice, with strong surgical and medical skills. They will be responsible for complex cases, mentoring junior vets, and contributing to the development of clinical protocols. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally within one of the UK's most dynamic cities.

Excellent Conditions & Benefits:

  • Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 per annum.
  • Work-Life Balance: A 4-day working week with a fair and manageable weekend rota (1 in 4), ensuring a good balance between work and personal life. No OOH (out-of-hours) duties.
