Looking for a vet role where you're not just a number? We're representing a well-established, independent-minded practice in Waterlooville that puts people first clients and team.

This growing small animal clinic is home to a loyal, close-knit team of 2 full-time vets, experienced RVNs, support staff and a practice-owning RVN. Many of the team have been here over five years one since the doors opened in 2016. That kind of retention speaks volumes.

You'll enjoy the best of both worlds: the autonomy of working in a friendly stand alone site, supported by a wider network of sister practices and clinical owners (21 vets across the group). The caseload is well-balanced, with a solid flow of surgical work ideal for someone looking to step up beyond consult-heavy schedules.

What's on offer:

A truly sustainable 40-hour week with 1 weekday off, no on-call, and no Sundays.

Regular surgical mornings each week, with 1530 min appointments and admin time protected.

A rota planned for the year in advance so you can plan life, not just work.

A growing client base (currently ~3,000), predominantly canine and feline.
