Leighton Buzzard Companion Care is seeking an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and supportive team.
You will be joining a local, RCVS Practice Standards Accredited clinic where Roman, our Veterinary Partner, has clinical freedom, and you will also benefit from working within the Vet Group.
The team handles a wide variety of medical and surgical cases involving cats, dogs, rabbits, and guinea pigs, with 20-minute consultations as standard. The practice offers ample free parking, easy access to the M1, A4146, and A5. It is a bright, spacious, air-conditioned, purpose-built facility equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory facilities.
Roman encourages CPD and supports study towards Certificates. The team has diverse interests, from behaviour and wellness to small furry care. You should feel confident managing routine surgical and medical cases and enjoy building strong relationships with patients, clients, and colleagues.
We are flexible to consider both full-time and part-time applications. Your rota will include weekends on a 1 in 3 basis, with time off during the week. There is occasional sole charge, but no out-of-hours work.
