The Opportunity:

Work with a passionate and dedicated team in a hospital setting that sees a wide variety of clinical cases every day

Focus on achieving strong clinical outcomes rather than meeting commercial targets

Collaborate with a supportive group of veterinary professionals who share knowledge, skills, and case discussions

Flexible working options are available, including full-time, part-time, and hybrid models to support your work-life balance

Be an advocate for client engagement, resource efficiency, and the continued improvement of clinical services

The Hospital Environment:

Modern facilities including separate dog and cat wards, in-house radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, piped gases, and extensive orthopaedic equipment

A varied caseload with support from experienced colleagues with broad clinical interests

Flexible weekend rota with enhanced pay and compensatory time off during the week

Ideal Candidate:

RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

Comfortable managing a busy and varied caseload

Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and adaptable approach

Passionate about clinical care and open to mentoring and leading by example
