CVS Group UK is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join our First Opinion practice in Studley on a part-time basis. The role involves leading surgical and medical cases, delivering high-quality care, and supporting clients and the team.

This role offers a competitive salary up to £60,000 FTE (DOE) for 30-40 hours per week, with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings. Onsite facilities and ongoing professional development are provided.

Acorn Vets is a small animal practice with a passionate team of vets, nurses, PCAs and receptionists. We are a modern practice with a wide range of facilities giving you the tools you need to deliver outstanding care. Alongside our facilities and specialist equipment, our friendly and experienced veterinary team are dedicated to providing the highest quality of veterinary care, surgery and treatment – along with regular check-ups and routine procedures. We are a long established practice in Warwickshire, but have recently undergone an exciting new transformation - so you will be working at a brand new site, with outstanding facilities.

We offer a referral service for dentistry, alongside conventional medicine for suitable cases.

About You

• Confident in your clinical skills, you'll be able to take the lead on surgical and medical cases, and carry out diagnostic investigations with precision.
• Keen to develop, you're committed to gaining further confidence in clinical skills so that you can manage or lead on different case types
• A natural mentor and team player, you'll enjoy supporting and inspiring all colleagues to help them thrive.
• Client care comes naturally to you, you know how to create a positive, reassuring experience that builds trust and long-lasting relationships.
• As an experienced vet, (2-3 years' experience) you'll bring a strong level of clinical autonomy and be comfortable handling a varied caseload, offering guidance to the wider team and contributing to shaping clinical standards.
